 I have made my payment, when can I expect my items to be shipped?

We appreciate your patience with us. After your payment has been completed. our warehouse will ship your package within 2 -14 business days. For any urgent orders. please make a note and inform our customer service team as soon as possible. If you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

 

How long is the shipping time?

• Average transit times to the US & Canada : 2 - 14 business days with tracking.
• Average transit times to international: 7 - 21 business days with tracking

 

Can I cancel my order ?

you are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "Cancel".

 

I have entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

 

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

 

How to choose your size?                      

 

Refer to the size chart on your product details page. Our size is Asian sizing. Due to manual measurement and different batches, there can be a 2-3 cm size difference.

 

 Will the color I see be the color I receive?

 All images are taken of the item you will be receiving. Images are professionally edited to color match as best as possible. However, due to different screens, color contrast displays, and lighting, colors may vary slightly.

 

Can I do a return?

How to process a return?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by ”contact@jabarny.com’’  and include your order number in the email.Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.

 

How are the items shipped?

We generally offer free shipping (Except in some remote countries) and paid express shipping.
